Through our Care Connect®   continuing education program, holistic care remains front and center in Hearth Premier Senior Living and Memory Care communities. Care Connect®   is all about the details; details that make our communities a better place for residents to live, families to visit, and employees to work. Care Connect®   equips our employees with the medical, social, and psychological knowledge they need to better appreciate and connect with our residents.

As our employees explore each of the 13 Care Connect®   modules, they gain an awareness of the philosophies of wellness and compassion that unite all of The Hearth Senior Living and Memory Care’s systems. They discover the benefits of communication, building a stronger connection between themselves and our residents, all while learning the fundamentals of our person-centered values.
